  • Download the app “Smart Fridge” in the application store iOS orAndroid
  • Sign in (Click on “Sign up for a new account”)
  • Fill in your name and click on Register
  • Click the link in the activation mail you received to finish up your registration
  • Add a credit card to your account
  • You are now ready to use the Smart Fridge and buy our delicious recipes 24/7
  • Return to the home screen and approve camera access. This is needed to scan the QR code to open the fridge.
  • Select your payment method
  • Scan the QR code with your Smart Fridge app (home button)
  • Open the fridge when the door unlocks
  • Take out the dish or dishes of your choice
  • Close the door
  • Credit card : you can just walk away and enjoy your meal, we take care of the payment for you.
  • Bancontact/Edenred : open the app to complete your payment in a few simple clicks. You will now see the summary of your purchase you selected
  • An invoice has been sent to your email
  • First you need to make an account
  • Install the app from the app store iOS or Android.
  • After opening the app, you see an introduction screen to get you acquainted with the app.
  • Go to the sign in page in the app and click on “Forgot password?”
  • Fill in your email address and we will send you a recovery link to set up a new password.
  • Once you have chosen a new password you can log in using it.
  • We strive to provide you with fresh, delicious food which is why we make sure the fridge is replenished once half of the dishes are sold.
  • We’re sad to see you go. If you would like to have your data removed, please contact our helpdesk.
  • You can find an overview of your purchases by logging in to your account and clicking “Purchases” in the bottom menu. You can see an overview of your purchase history and click on an individual purchase to see it in more detail.
  • Additionally, we also send you a purchase receipt by email after each purchase.
  • During the payment process, you can spread out your purchase over multiple payment methods. Alternatively, if for some reason the card is declined, we will charge the linked credit card the remaining amount after 4 hours.
  • On the home screen, tap your existing payment method on the bottom of the screen. This opens an overview of all your current payment methods.
  • Click “add payment method” and choose the payment method you would like to add (bancontact is already available by default – no need to add this)
  • Click on the desired payment method and follow the necessary steps in the app to add it
  • On the home screen, you can now see this added card in the list of your payment methods

Yes you can. Before and during your purchase, you can change the method with which you want to pay.

  • On each step of the purchase process until you click “Pay with … “
  • You can either use a payment method you have already added by selecting this from the list or add a new payment method by clicking “Add payment method”
  • Follow the steps.

  • During your first payment, you will need to enter your card details. On the payment page, you can select to remember these card details for the future.
  • When you have selected to store your card details you can complete future payments by only entering your CVC code.

    • Click on Mastercard of Visa
    • You will be taken to a payment page to fill in your card details. You will only have to do this once.
  • During your next purchases, you can just grab your product and we will take care of the transaction for you. You don’t even need to keep the app open. You will always receive a purchase receipt detailing your order.

  • Once you have scanned your first fridge, you can find an overview of the current assortment by clicking on “Menu” in the bottom bar. It shows you what is currently in stock as well as a list of ingredients as the allergen information.
  • In the app, go to account and click on “My details”.
  • Fill in the updated personal details and click save.
  • In the app, go to account and click on “Language”.
  • Choose the desired language
